"GRACE of GOD"
Grace is the unmerited favor of God to all men, no mater who what where and when. No mater race or color.
God unmerited Grace Has appeared unto all Men Tit 2:11¶ For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
God's gift of Grace to man was Jesus Christ.
Herein is the basis of Obedience Tit 2:11-15. Why demand such restraining of oneself?? The Grace of God.
No on e can say that the grace of God gives on a license to sin, be rude, or crude. It would takes volumes of
written books to explore the depth of the Grace of God. You can never exhaust the Grace of God. II Cor 8:9
sums it up . v-9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his
poverty might be rich. OH! How rich he was in Glory!!!! And How poor he became as He took on Our sins upon
Himself. It is only by God's unmerited Grace that any of us can say we are saved. Eph 2:8-9 For by grace are
ye saved". How rich we became in the Grace of God , we are sons of God Did you hear that WE ARE SONS
OF GOD, and joint heirs with Christ, What ever God has the Son of God is Heir to it, and we are his brethren ,
we through the Grace of God are "Sons of God TO" so what every Jesus inherits ,so do we. Hallelujah.
Look at Verse 12:Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present
world; Our initial response to the Grace of God is to Deny ungodliness, Some so unwisely accuse those who
would teach that salvation is by grace , are teaching that they are teaching that grace is a license to sin. NOT
SO, For GRACE teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts. While the child of God IS in the world, He is
not of the world, and his desires are not to be set on worldly things or this world system. If a preacher gets into
God pulpit and preaches about how great foot ball and base ball is then he is preaching worldly systems which is
worldly lust. It is not a sin to go to a foot ball game, BUT it is if you Go on Sunday morning, or is you play
baseball on Wednesday night. Or Thursday night if your church has a visitation program. Any thing you can do
in this world is sin if you put it before serving God. God here in Gives us the criteria for living in this world. Live
soberly, righteously, and Godly in this present world. Righteously is simply doing right even when others are
doing wrong, GODLY mean that we don't go around with that "Holier Than thou" attitude. But that we live with
true piety. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not a pie in the sky Gospel, but it is for the here and now, and it
teaches us how to really live and love in this present world. Grace teaches us to always be looking for that
blessed hope, For if in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable ICor. 15:19. There
is much more to come so keep your fork. This is where I think a lot of believers lose it> They think they can get
saved and just live for to day, "What is good for me for today" The true believer longs for the day when he will
see Jesus Face to Face" and I think even then there is going to be some surprises in Heaven , I don't think I
will be able to Look Him in the face. Until after maybe the first thousand Years at his feet Thanking him for all
he has done for me.
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto
himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. 15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with
all authority. Let no man despise thee.
Who Gave him self for us. "GRACE" He gave , we didn't ask he just gave before you asked. He humbled himself Phil. 2:5-8. He
became our kinsman redeemer so he could set us free from all iniquity. Jesus has set us free from all the sin of
this world therefore we can live in this world with peace, and contentment. Because we know Him. But we are
not free yet. Romans 6:7 sets us free from this world. As long as we are living, we will pay taxes, even in our
society we are not free, we can not carry our bible on school property, and on most government property. We
can not do what we like with our personal property, we have to pay taxes on it. NO we are not free in this world
although we are free of this world. We have now become free from sin to become zealous to good works.
V-15,Speak these things with athority .God's man must be authoritative, Jesus was, Matt 7:29. And we have
Him living inside of us. So take the authority over sin, you can you know........kidsbus
